Dental Surgery Extensions on 2 Floors

The photo above shows the building as it is now and the drawing below shows the same elevation with building extensions that we gained planning approval for. The sub-standard sun-room and half glazed lean-to are replaced by the new lean-to roofed extension across the back, housing a new entrance reception area and waiting rooms, while at first floor the corner is in infilled to provide an additional treatment room.

East Preston Dental Surgery

Providing a service to dentists who wish to set up new dental surgeries, or are refurbishing or extending existing surgeries, is a specialism we offer alongside our other services to developers and individuals.

The surgery below was completed in 2009 and another for the same client is currently under construction.

Golf Club Clubhouse

 We had the privilege to be involved in the design and construction of one of Surrey's most exclusive golf club clubhouses. Our brief took in the post planning detailed design work and followed through the construction phase detailing for the appointed design and build contractor. The photos show the exterior in the classical style. The interiors were detailed in collaboration with interior designers Hamble Interiors.

The exterior alterations are subtle and the original façade is little altered. However, the interior is unrecognisable, having been divided to provide two surgeries, a reception and waiting area, in addition to the service rooms to the rear. Interior photos to follow.

Loft Conversion In Offington

On your marks:

Our latest loft conversion is just taking off in Offington. Loft conversions are not the mainstay of our practice but when we do design them, we like to do them well, We have over the years quietly gained expertise in this area, having taken on some more adventurous examples, such as the one above, due to be transformed over the coming months.
